Operator and agreement
Operator: BESOFT CONSULTING SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA, with its registered office at ul. Czajki 18, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0000755246, NIP 8733268783, REGON 381696101.
These Terms govern the Tuvvy mobile app, tuvvy.app, api.tuvvy.app and related cloud services. By creating an account or continuing to use Tuvvy after seeing these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, use guest mode without cloud features or stop using the service.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Users under 16 may use a Tuvvy account only with a parent or guardian where required by law. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a minor's use.
Accounts and guest mode
You can use many features as a guest. Guest records are generally local and may be lost if the app is removed or device storage is cleared.
Cloud features require an account. Provide accurate sign-in information, protect access to your email and device, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. One person must not impersonate another or create an account for abuse.
Licence to use Tuvvy
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Tuvvy for lawful personal purposes while you follow these Terms.
You may not sell, rent or redistribute Tuvvy; bypass security or access controls; extract protected service data at scale; misuse APIs; or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of content you add. You grant us a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, transform and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you request. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to deletion propagation, backups and legal retention.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content, including information about family members, friends, patients, contacts or other people. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Cloud data is not currently end-to-end encrypted. Read the Privacy Policy before placing sensitive data in a signed-in account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tuvvy to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights or facilitate harm;
- upload malware, probe infrastructure, bypass limits or disrupt the service;
- harass, threaten, deceive or unlawfully monitor another person;
- store or share personal data without authority or a lawful reason;
- present generated, estimated or third-party information as verified professional advice;
- use automated access that creates unreasonable load.
We may limit abusive traffic and protect the service, other users and our infrastructure.
Third-party services and content
Tuvvy can open websites or request data from Google, maps, weather, food, finance, medical registers and other providers. Their availability, accuracy and privacy practices are outside our control. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Links do not mean that Tuvvy endorses a provider or guarantees an offer, product, route, price, medical entry, market quote or other external result.
Important disclaimers
- Medical: Tuvvy does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor, pharmacist or medical records system.
- Financial and markets: quotes, calculators, budgets and projections are informational and are not investment, tax or financial advice.
- Legal: templates and stored notes are not legal advice.
- Location, weather and safety: routes, forecasts, nearby places and alerts can be delayed or wrong. Check authoritative sources.
- Games, horoscope and lottery: entertainment features do not predict outcomes or guarantee winnings.
Updates, availability and beta status
Tuvvy is under active development. Features, storage formats and interfaces may change. We may provide small software updates over the air and larger updates as a new app package. Some updates may be required for security, cloud compatibility or continued use.
We aim to keep Tuvvy available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent support for every feature or compatibility with every device. Keep independent backups of important data.
Charges
The current Tuvvy beta is free. We will not charge you without showing the price and receiving your explicit agreement. If optional paid features are introduced, their price, billing period, cancellation rules and any store terms will be shown before purchase.
Suspension and account deletion
You may stop using Tuvvy at any time. Automated account deletion is not yet available in the beta; contact us to request deletion.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements or protection of the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tuvvy is provided in its current beta state without a promise that every feature will always be error-free or available. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services, unsupported device modifications or ignoring clear warnings and backup instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional harm or other rights granted by applicable law.
Governing law and complaints
Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available in their country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the court competent under applicable law.
Send a complaint with your account email, a description of the problem and the requested resolution. We will respond without undue delay and within any deadline required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the website before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
